The city

In unit 7 in Science we are learning lots of things about a city: places in a city, giving directions, diferences between city, town and village, transports, public and private buildings, road safety and jobs.

Let's start by reviewing town places:

For giving directions we use the following structures: Go straight on, turn left, turn right.

Look at the map above. Play with somebody. Give directions to go from one place to another. 

To learn the differences between cities and villages listen to the tradicional story: The country mouse and the city mouse.
